This project consists of 19nr five bedroom detached luxury houses in the rural village of Bulphan, Essex.

Traditional built houses with facing brick facade, 140mm blockwork to ground floor, 100mm blockwork to first floor and sandstone surrounds to openings. We are currently completing the second phase with 14 of 19 houses constructed.
