Brickworx have many hotel builds under our belt; one of the most recent is this 82 bed Premier Inn in Havant Portsmouth. A combination of brickwork and rendered blockwork external skin on a timber framed structure. Internal masonry was to blockwork lift shaft and service risers.

Loading bays and building in many tie holes due to the timber frame were our biggest challenges on this 4-storey hotel. We admire the aesthetics of this completed design and feel the contrasting render panels on brick breaks up the otherwise uniform building quite well and adds character to the facade.
