Brickworx completed the brick/block and stone work at this prestigious landmark development in the heart of St. Peters Port, Guernsey. The site now offers 29 luxury apartments and 3 penthouses. The complex construction project involved cohesive teamwork between Brickworx and Rihoy and various trades i.e. scaffolders and joiners.

The sites restrictive size and central location resulted in considerable logistical challenges from building the fair faced blockwork in the basement to topping out the brickwork on the final gavels with a 30 meter static tower crane. The result is beautiful combining contemporary architecture, sleek interior design and breathtaking views.
