From luxurious 30+ room mansions to respectable semi-detached houses to modest terrace houses, as well as extensions, garages and garden walls - Brickworx have built and are currently building private houses in NI, ROI, mainland UK and Guernsey Island.

Compliant with all architectural design and specifications, we have extensive experience with timber frame house types, traditional builds, brickwork (including feature/ special bonding) blockwork, z-stone cladding, natural stone cladding, steelwork/ masonry support angles, leadwork and the many other sundry items/ materials associated with bricklaying as well as complex/ modern designs we have experienced throughout the years.

Brickworx often creates a lump sum from the design stage - this allows the client/ main contractor to know where they are from a financial point of view and draw down a percentage of the same at agreed valuation intervals.
